Well, I promised I would hold out on the Christmas stuff until November and guess what… It’s November 3rd baby! Woot, woot! Today I am gonna share a sweet and easy edible bouquet gift idea! These can really be made for any occasion throughout the year, and can be given as a congratulatory bouquet or just a regular gift for any or no reason. They are super fun and easy to throw together, and just like most of the things I make lately, the kids can help! I think it would be a fun family activity to build these arrangements together as a family while the Grinch plays merrily in the background… I just love Christmastime.
Okay, here is what you need:
-empty bottles (the one pictured above used to hold soy sauce. I basically hoard anything glass throughout the year so that I can use it as need arises, however, mason jars or any cute glasses would work just fine on bottom)
-cute paper straws
-mini cinnamon rolls or donuts (I got the mini cini’s at Costco, but you could use any kind of mini donut, brownie bite etc.)
-small, clear favor bags
-ribbon or bakers twine
All you do to assemble is stick the end of your straws in your cinnamon rolls, cover cinnamon roll with treat bag and tie with ribbon. Repeat for as many people as are in the family you are giving your bouquet too, or until your bottle is “full” (use a smaller bottle for smaller families). Fill bottom of “vase” with m&m’s and stick in “flowers” until you achieve your desired effect! Cute and easy, right?
