Stimulus Tuesdays at Carmike Cinemas

Okay so I have already made it clear that I LOVE the movies, but what if you don’t have the money to pay full price for a movie (who does?) but you absolutely cannot wait til it comes to the dollar theater, because you will burst if you don’t see it soon. That is what I felt about the Hunger Games. Fortunately, there is an option a lot more affordable than the regular $9 a ticket and $9 popcorn and $4 soft drinks! I could rant and rave all day about how much they charge for concessions at movie theaters. But I won’t. Anyway,
Carmike Cinemas has a promotion called “Stimulus Tuesdays” where they offer $5 tickets no matter what time it is, and $1.50 popcorn and $1.50 soft drinks.

Call your local Carmike to make sure they participate in the promotion, and Happy Tuesday!

That movie was so good! You’re right though, going to the movies costs and arm and a leg. I’ll have to see if the theater in our area does this.

I think most theaters in Utah do this, not just Cinemark. Megaplex theaters will do it, as long as it’s not a movie made by Sony. It’s great!
