You all know by now that I am all about easy weeknight meals! As part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias® I made this yummy chicken bruschetta pasta and I know you’re gonna love it.
Do any of you guys use meal kits or meal starters for quick, weeknight dinners? I have to admit, I love a good “semi-homemade” meal. The key word in that sentence though, is good. In my opinion, the best kind of recipe helpers are the ones that no one could guess that you used! I am totally stoked about Kraft’s new recipe makers! Seriously, this meal tasted better than I could have made from scratch and it was E-Z. For a busy Momma of two under two… let’s just say it was exactly what I needed!
Here’s what the box looks like, because I know you guys are all gonna want to go pick yours up stat. I found mine in my local Walmart in the pasta aisle. They have tons of other yummy meals to chose from as well, fyi.
So let’s get down to the nitty gritty details, shall we?
Chicken Bruschetta Pasta:
1 box Kraft Recipe Makers Chicken Bruschetta Pasta
3 cups bowtie pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
2 TBS. grated Parmesan cheese
Step 1: Cook pasta as directed on package, leaving out salt.
Step 2: While pasta is cooking, add your chicken and half of your simmer sauce (comes in the box) to a large skillet. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
Step 3: Drain pasta and add to skillet with the rest of the simmer sauce. Toss lightly.
Step 4: Top with finishing sauce (in box) and parmesan. Cover, and heat for two to three minutes or until sauce is warmed through.
Step 5: Enjoy!
Mmmm. Am I right? I can’t wait to try all the rest of Kraft’s recipe makers. On behalf of busy mommas everywhere, YESSSSS!
