These skinny banana splits are seriously amazing! Fun way to curb that sweet tooth when you're on a diet! Today started week five of the game on health challenge I’ve been doing! I can’t believe that it has already been four weeks! Things are finally starting to feel second nature, and I am so grateful. Bryce and I have been trying to find creative ways to curb our sweet tooths and these skinny banana splits have been our absolute favorites so far! It starts with a banana and the most delicious yogurt on the planet and it ends with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry just like a regular banana split! The version I make is 285 calories, but you can adapt however you want! Here’s my recipe:

Skinny Banana Splits

Skinny Banana Splits made with ripe bananas, yogurt, fresh fruit and whipped cream. This healthy dessert is full of good things, is less than 300 calories but totally fills that sweet tooth craving!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 5 peanuts chopped
  • 4 TBS whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup yogurt light, I use Tillamook
  • 1 cherry

Instructions

  • Split banana in half and spread the yogurt down the center.
  • Layer berries over the top of the yogurt.
  • Top with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

My favorite yogurts to use for this recipe are Tillamook, Noosa or Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt.
