Easy Roasted Chickpeas

The best and easiest healthy snack! I love the flavor of these roasted chickpeas!

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TSP . garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp . pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Drain and rinse your chickpeas, and lay them out on some paper towels to dry for 15-20 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until mixed.
  • Spread chickpeas in one even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!


Store leftovers in an airtight container.
