  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cups butter softened


  • Add together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Using a fork, cut in butter until mixture is combined but crumbly. Stick in refrigerator to set. 


This streusel goes great on oatmeal or over banana bread as well!
