These Cornflake Easter Nests with marshmallows and mini eggs are a fun and easy Easter dessert!

Instructions
Grease a
mini muffin pan.
Measure corn flakes into a large bowl.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.
Pour melted marshmallows into the large bowl with the corn flakes. Stir until well coated.
Spoon cornflake and marshmallow mixture into mini muffin cups and shape them into nests.
Add Cadbury Mini Eggs and toasted coconut (if using) to the top of each nest.
Notes
Spray your hands with a little bit of cooking spray to keep cornflake nests from sticking to you while you shape them.
