Ingredients

brown rice
that's 3 cups when cooked!
2
fresh lemons
2
cloves
minced garlic
salt
Instructions
Cook brown rice according to package directions. I usually use brown minute rice.
Squeeze lemon juice into rice and stir in, with minced garlic.
Salt to taste and enjoy!
Notes
Save leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
