Ingredients
For the Salad

lb
. fresh baby spinach
½
head of romaine lettuce
sliced mushrooms

can mandarin oranges
red seedless grapes
halved

avocado sliced
grated swiss cheese
your preferred amount, I use about a handful

. cottage cheese
For the Dressing

Tbls
. poppy seeds

or 2 Tbls. grated red onion

canola oil

red wine vinegar
Instructions
For the Salad
Toss all ingredients together.
For the Dressing
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Don't pour dressing over salad until right before serving.
Notes
Store dressing and salad separately. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
