Ingredients

ripe avocado

slices
bread
kosher salt
to taste
Sriracha
to taste

red pepper flakes
to taste
Instructions
Toast bread a little more than you would do for regular toast. You want it to be sturdy to start out with.
While bread is toasting, remove avocado from peel and place a small bowl, mash with a fork.
Add kosher salt to taste.
Spread avocado on toasted bread.
Add Sriracha and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Notes
A splash of lemon juice is also delicious!
