Preheat oven to 325 degrees.On a baking sheet, add a silpat or non-stick baking mat.In a mixing bowl, stir together oats, coconut, peanuts, and almonds. In a small bowl, add melted butter, agave nectar, salt, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk well to combine. Add half the butter mixture to the oat mixture and stir. Taste oat mixture and if you prefer it sweeter, add more agave nectar.Spread oat mixture in an even layer across the baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and add the remaining butter mixture. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Once done, remove from oven and let cool. Once cool, add the chocolate chips. Store in an air-tight container.
Stores well in an airtight container for a few months.
