Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate: The perfect mix of pumpkin spice and cocoa!
Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips my favorite are Guittard
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice + additional for sprinkling
  • marshmallows and whipped cream for topping
  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat stirring occasionally until hot, but not boiling (between 3-5 minutes).
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Stir continuously until chocolate chips are melted.
  4. Stir in vanilla and pumpkin spice.
  5. Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows, whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin spice on top.
