Add all ingredients into a sauce pan and mix them together over medium-low heat.
Bring to a soft boil and stir constantly to prevent burning.
Keep stirring until the mixture is thickened (it should be 10 to 15 minutes from the time you start cooking.) Allow pudding to cool a bit before serving.
Serve at room temperature, hot or cold!
