Cheese

Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
cubed

Cracker Barrel aged reserve white cheddar
cubed
Marinade

dried basil

Instructions
Make the marinade, combining olive oil, white wine vinegar, basil, salt, diced pimentos, parsley, onion and garlic.
Put cheese cubes into a mason jar or a shallow container. Pour marinade over cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve at room temperature with crackers or fresh baguette.
Notes
Bring the marinated cheese to room temperature before serving.
Serve with crackers, fresh baguette, or on a charcuterie board.
Have appetizer picks available on the side, and small appetizer plates so guests can easily serve themselves.
You can make this and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
