Notes
How long is homemade soup good for in the fridge?
Homemade soups are typically safe to store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Can I freeze Zuppa Toscana Soup?
Yes! If it has been four days and we still have a significant amount of soup left then I will freeze it to use again. Because this soup does have heavy cream I do like to use the frozen soup within 1-2 months but I have never had a problem with texture when reheating this soup.
