Pro Tips:
I prefer to use almond milk to lower calories and keep the smoothie plant based, but you can use any kind of milk you want! We have made it with regular milk as well as Fairlife milk and loved all three ways. You could also use water.
If you would like your smoothie to have a thicker, more ice cream like consistency, use ½ cup instead of 1 full cup of liquid.
