How to bake a perfect baked potato! There is no other way- a few extra minutes makes all the difference with these babies!

Ingredients

large russet potatoes
olive oil
sea salt
ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Scrub your potatoes with with hottest water you can stand. We want these babies clean and edible!
Take a fork and poke holes all over each potato.
Wash your hands, and generously rub olive oil into your potato skins.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, try to roll the potato as you do to cover all sides.
Bake for about 60 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
Potatoes are done when fork easily sinks into the skin.
Smoother in your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
