Blend tomatoes until smooth and add to slow cooker. Add in onion, green chilies, garlic, water, chicken broth, corn and seasonings and stir well.
Add chicken (can use fresh or frozen) into soup broth. Cover, and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. When chicken is cooked through, use two forks to shred into bite sized peices.
Add soup to bowls and garnish with desired toppings. Enjoy!
