Healthy bowl recipes are my go to lately and these healthy buffalo chicken bowls cannot be beat! Even my kids love them, and they are totally guilt free.
Add chicken, garlic and hot sauce to slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. When chicken is cooked through, shred it and set it aside.
Next, drain and rinse the corn and black beans. Add them to a bowl. Rinse and halve cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl as well. Lastly, dice avocados and add them to the mix!
Assemble Bowls
Add the veggie mixture to a small bowl. Top with chicken, and finish with some ranch dressing.

Make the chicken and shred it, drain and rinse corn and beans, and store those ingredients in the fridge.
