Chicken Divan is a quick and easy chicken and broccoli casserole that your whole family will love!

  • 4 cups white rice pre-cooked
  • 4 chicken breasts pre-cooked
  • 2 heads of broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 14 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Layer rice on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Dice chicken and layer on top of the rice.
  • Steam broccoli florets (stop just as soon as a fork will go in easily) and spread over chicken layer.
  • Mix chicken soup, sour cream, lemon juice, curry, garlic powder and salt and pepper together and layer over broccoli.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake until heated through and cheese is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!


This casserole can be assembled ahead of time. Just layer everything and tightly cover with foil. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.
