For my turkey I worked from the outside in! So get a large platter and begin by lining the edges with cracker "feathers". Next up cut or fold your deli meats to an appropriate size and layer those as well. Finish with sliced cheeses. To make the "turkey" sit up level with the rest, I did a few layers of cheese on top of each other and placed the body of the turkey on top. I used cheese for the body, wings and head of the turkey, walnut slivers for the feet, a cut up bacon bit for the eyes, a cashew for the beak, and a slice of pepperoni for the gobbler!
