Apple Pomegranate Salad Recipe
This Pomegranate Apple Salad is the perfect fruit salad for Thanksgiving or Christmas! It's light and fresh and wonderful. You will love it!

Ingredients

Granny Smith apples
cubed
Pomegranate seeds
from at least 2 pomegranates

Frozen whipped topping
thawed, or use homemade whipped cream
Instructions
Wash apples thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
Reserve one cup of cubed apples and ½ cup pomegranate seeds to sprinkle on top.
Combine apples and pomegranate seeds in a large serving bowl.
Fold the whipped cream in with the fruit until it is thoroughly mixed.
Dixie Salad or Pomegranate Apple Salad
Garnish with a few dollops of whipped topping.
Apple pomegranate salad is best served immediately.
If you are making it a bit ahead of time, cover tightly and chill the salad in the fridge until it's time to eat.
