Easy Roasted Chickpeas
The best and easiest healthy snack! I love the flavor of these roasted chickpeas!

Ingredients

cans chickpeas
1
TBS
olive oil

teaspoon
. garlic salt
¼
teaspoon
. pepper
½
cup
finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Drain and rinse your chickpeas, and lay them out on some paper towels to dry for 15-20 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until mixed.
Spread chickpeas in one even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container.
