Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black eyed peas
  • 2/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2/3 cup green onion
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 avocados diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 t Cholula hot sauce
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
