This simple 5 minute salsa only has 4 ingredients. The perfect easy salsa recipe for unexpected guests or an afternoon snack!

5 Minute Salsa

Mandy from Mandy’s Recipe Box here! How’s everyone doing on their resolutions to eat healthier? I didn’t really make any of those because I never keep them. I try to eat healthy part time anyway, but a girl’s gotta have her treats. And I’m sorry, eating an apple is not the same as eating a cookie. I do love green apples with peanut butter, but sometimes you just want a cookie. Or something salty like chips and salsa. This is a semi-homemade salsa because it uses canned tomatoes, but it tastes like it came from your favorite Mexican restaurant. With just 4 ingredients, you can make a batch of this 5 minute dip for any occasion. It’ll be ready before the commercial break is over while you’re watching TV tonight!

5 Minute Salsa

Super Easy Salsa Ingredients

  • can of stewed tomatoes
  • can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • garlic powder
  • ground black pepper

You can of course, add more things if you want! A handful of cilantro (if you’re not one of those people who thinks it tastes like soap) or a jalapeño pepper is always a good idea!
