Strawberry Bowl Making Tips
Add liquid and yogurt into the blender first, this helps everything blend more smoothly without jamming your blender.
The less liquid you add the thicker your smoothie will be, but it takes a strong blender to blend with little liquid. If you like your bowl extra thick adjust liquid accordingly.
If you don't have a frozen banana ready, you can substitute a fresh banana and a few ice cubes.
