Ingredients
1CupVanilla Almond Butter
2ScoopsVanilla Protein Powder
½ CupHoney
1TeaspoonVanilla
2CupsSteel Cut OatsGround in Blender
1Cup Rice Chex CerealCrushed
1CupGround Flax Seed
⅓CupUnsweetened Coconut Flakes
¼CupAlmond Milk
¼CupChocolate Chips*Optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a Bosch mixer and stir to combine. I like to blend my oats and flax seed in my blender or food processor so they have a flour like consistency before adding to the Bosch. If mixture is too dry, add more almond milk or honey one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Add chocolate chips and mix until just incorporated.
When mixture is well combined, wash your hands and roll mixture into small balls, about one and a half to two tablespoons in size. Set balls on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about an hour.
