Instructions
Preheat a skillet to medium high heat and place your Tilapia fillets in a single layer. They cook for ten minutes, flipping after five.
While fish is cooking, divide red cabbage, green cabbage, black beans,
cilantro lime rice
and avocado between two bowls.
Remove fish from skillet and add one fillet to each bowl.
Top with pico, cilantro, fresh lime juice and cilantro lime dressing. Enjoy!
