My favorite thing about this recipe is that it's made with minute rice, so it is super quick and easy to throw together! For barely any extra work you can take your meal to another level! Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups minute rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- the juice of 2 limes
- a handful of cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Add rice, onions and chicken broth into a microwaveable bowl and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add garlic salt, lime juice and cilantro and mix with a fork until fluffed and combined. Enjoy!
