Top Left - Preheat a skillet to medium high heat and place your Tilapia fillets in a single layer. They cook for ten minutes, flipping after five. While fish is cooking, add red cabbage, green cabbage, black beans, cilantro lime rice and avocado to your bowl.

Top Right - Remove your fish from the skillet and slice. Add to top of your bowls.

Bottom Left - Add in pico, cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice.

Bottom Right - Top with cilantro lime dressing.

  • Preheat a skillet to medium high heat and place your Tilapia fillets in a single layer. They cook for ten minutes, flipping after five.
  • While fish is cooking, divide red cabbage, green cabbage, black beans, cilantro lime rice and avocado between two bowls. 
  • Remove fish from skillet and add one fillet to each bowl.
  • Top with pico, cilantro, fresh lime juice and cilantro lime dressing. Enjoy!
