Hi Guys! It's Annette again from Tips From a Typical Mom. How did the Spring banner work out for you? I'm so happy to be here every second Saturday to give you some free printables! Be sure to follow me and visit my blog. Links are below the post.

Every May just sneaks up on me. I don't know about you, but it always seems to be the busiest month of the entire year, even busier than December. Soccer, cheer, preschool, end of year dances, end of year recitals, UGH! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being a busy mom. I would just like a breather. I guess that's why Mothers Day is in May.

Anywho! Thinking about Teacher Appreciation Gifts is something that always slips my mind. I really love my childrens teachers. They are like my childrens second mom's. Their teachers really deserve a thank you. Even if it is just a hand drawn card (sometimes those are the best, spoken from a teacher myself). But this year I made a very easy printable to add to these cute plastic Mason Jar cups. Aren't those cups just adorable? I would love this gift! All I did was print it on card stock, double sided so the other side of the tag wasn't white, added some fun single drink mixes and viola! I was done. So easy!

You can download your printable tags HERE, and the patterned paper for the other side HERE.

Have your child write on the back of the tag:

Add the drink mixes to the inside of the cup, slide on the banner, and you're done! Yahoo~! It will take you less than 10 minutes! Hurrah for easy!

These are too cute! I found the mason jars on Amazon. I was wondering if you have a tag for a teacher's "ade"? Thank you!

Could you tell me where you got the plastic mason jars from? (or did I miss it in the text body?

I buy all my mason jars at the 99 cent store! In fact I just went and bought two more today for my daughter's teachers:) Hope that helps!
