I have to store up on canned pumpkin because my kids want these Pumpkin Streusel Muffins (AKA: Pumpkin Crumb Cake Muffins) all year long.

Birds eye view of pumpkin crumb cake muffins on a concrete countertop. What’s not to love about a pumpkin muffin with streusel crumb topping and vanilla glaze? Dare I say it, but these muffins taste even better than they look. Even though making the streusel and the glaze are a few extra steps, that labor pays big returns in my opinion.

If you are a pumpkin fanatic like me, you will also need to try our amazing pumpkin sheet cake, our easy crock-pot pumpkin butter, and our perfect pumpkin pancakes. I can promise you none of those recipes will disappoint.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake Muffins

Below you will find a step by step pictorial of how simple it is to whip these pumpkin crumb cake muffins together. If you prefer video, keep scrolling and you can find one in the recipe card.

Top Left – In a small bowl, add your flour, sugars, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour in your softened butter and stir with a fork until crumbly and well combined.

Top Right – Add some of the streusel mixture onto each muffin and gently press down with clean hands just slightly.

Bottom Left – Bake your muffins in a 350 degree oven for 18-24 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Bottom Right – While muffins are cooling whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla and half and half to form your glaze. Use a spoon to drizzle glaze over each muffin.
