This easy avocado toast recipe is healthy, delicious and ready in five minutes! Perfect for a quick breakfast, snack or lunch!
I am an avocado fiend. I honestly can't get enough of it. If I could, I would eat an avocado a day! Honestly. One of my favorite ways to consume this perfect food is on toast. It's sooo delicious and actually pretty good for you. (Especially if you use whole wheat bread!)
I went through a phase last summer where this was all I ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was pregnant, and everything else was grossing me out. Avocado toast was a major craving. I still make it often, but I have diversified my diet again, haha. The point is, I perfected it. I tried lots of different ways to make it and this is the best, easiest recipe for avocado toast, hands down!
Even if you don't normally love Sriracha, you will probably like it on this. The avocado tones down the spiciness a lot, but together they have a really good flavor combo. A little bit of spice, a little bit of garlic, it's so good.
The red pepper flakes add a nice flavor too, as well as a fun texture. I mean, it's kind of like they are savory sprinkles...
Avocado Toast

- Spread avocado on toasted bread.
- Add Sriracha and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Hi Sarah - this sounds yummy, but in your writeup, you mention "a little bit of spice, a little bit of garlic", but there's no garlic in the ingredients. Should there be some garlic powder sprinkled in somewhere? Thank you, Karen

Hey Karen! I was referring to the flavors that the Sriracha bring into it. There is garlic and spice in that sauce :)
