No-Bake Monster Bites are great for lots of reasons. They are a no-bake recipe, they're basically safe cookie dough and they taste amazing!
Hey peeps! It's Mandy from Mandy's Recipe Box here today. Who has officially banned the use of their ovens for summer? I basically have. I hate hate heating up my house with the dang thing. Even for desserts, it's that bad. I have made Energy Bites on my site and decided to bring this fun Monster Cookie version to you all. It's basically like eating cookie dough without the eggs. AWESOME.
My kids got so excited when they saw what I was making. They love the Energy Bites and when they saw the M&Ms in these? You'd have thought it was Christmas. My kids are easily impressed. They are made with everything you already have on hand. Like literally. You may need to buy the M&M's Minis but that's about it. And they're mostly healthy. Win! Make some today and see what you think.
