No-Bake Monster Bites are great for lots of reasons. They are a no-bake recipe, they’re basically safe cookie dough and they taste amazing!

No-Bake Monster Cookie Bites

Hey peeps! It’s Mandy from Mandy’s Recipe Box here today. Who has officially banned the use of their ovens for summer? I basically have. I hate hate heating up my house with the dang thing. Even for desserts, it’s that bad. I have made Energy Bites on my site and decided to bring this fun Monster Cookie version to you all. It’s basically like eating cookie dough without the eggs. AWESOME.

No-Bake Monster Cookie Bites

My kids got so excited when they saw what I was making. They love the Energy Bites and when they saw the M&Ms in these? You’d have thought it was Christmas. My kids are easily impressed. They are made with everything you already have on hand. Like literally. You may need to buy the M&M’s Minis but that’s about it. And they’re mostly healthy. Win! Make some today and see what you think.
