They are easy to make, super affordable, versatile, filling and yummy! Now, let me clarify. Just because I said they were easy, does not mean that all baked potatoes are created equal! They absolutely aren't! The good news is that today I am going to share my super easy tips for baking the perfect baked potato, and trust me when I say I have baked a lot of them! Haha.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Scrub your potatoes with with hottest water you can stand. We want these babies clean and edible! 
  • Take a fork and poke holes all over each potato. 
  • Wash your hands, and generously rub olive oil into your potato skins. 
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, try to roll the potato as you do to cover all sides. 
  • Bake for about 60 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. 
  • Potatoes are done when fork easily sinks into the skin. 
  • Smoother in your favorite toppings, and enjoy! 

Notes

These store great in the fridge, make extras to eat for lunch all week!
