Easy No Bake Desserts

I know I have mentioned this before, but I live in the d e s e r t. Which could also be spelled H O T. Holy cow people. I love the heat, but over 100 degrees is pushin it, even for me! My husband can't tolerate the heat nearly as well as I can (tooting my own horn here) and last week he told me he was going to initiate a "no oven policy" after May. I don't use the oven as often for meals as I do for desserts, thanks to our grill. I love you, grill! Anyway, I thought it would be fun to round up a bunch of yummy no bake desserts that I can make for Sunday treats this summer. Whether you live in a desert or not, no bake is also usually synonymous with quick and easy. Win, win, win!
