Room Refresh: Master Bedroom

Yay you guys! After 3 years in my house, my master bedroom is officially checked off my to-do list. I shared some updates I made a few months ago but it left a blank canvas. I knew I still wanted to add something but I wasn't sure what. When I was asked to do a room refresh challenge along with some blogger friends, Lemon Thistle and Persia Lou, I knew this was my room. I am SO happy with how it turned out! The funny thing is, it turns out that we all chose master bedrooms! 
I chose these swiss cross wall decals from Walls Need Love and I'm obsessed with them. They are the perfect amount of fun without feeling too loud. They only took me about two hours total to put on the wall (of course I chose the biggest wall in the room...) and for reference, I used a little less than three packs.

I recently got the turquoise chair from Target which was basically the biggest gift I've ever gotten. Ha. I saved all of my gift cards from Christmas and my birthday, and I waited for it to go on sale! Man! I wanted the chair. Isn't it the best?

Walls Need Love also has textiles, so I got the floral throw blanket pictured above, and the striped body pillow pictured below, as well as the scribble dots throw pillow! You guys, they are just SO good. You can see all of my faves right here in my personal collection!

I'm not usually a bed-maker but I've been making it more often lately because it makes me so happy to have this room put together. Maybe that was all the incentive I needed?

The last new thing we have added recently is this giant mirror above my dresser. It actually was in my master bathroom but when we replaced it with two smaller mirrors, my husband built a frame for this one and it was the perfect size for this wall! I am so happy with it! Plus, it was free... #winwin

On my dresser I added some little faux succulents. You guys... these little bowls!
