These sugar cookies are SO GOOD. Ten times easier than making sugar cookies and just as delicious! The kids love helping with these!
My hubby loves sugar cookies, but I can’t stand making them. They are so time consuming! I am just lazy enough that I hate making anything that requires rolling out. Then I found these beauties. The answer to all my woes. So easy, so yummy, tastes just like a perfect sugar cookie.

Do you have any suggestions for making these in high altitude? How about best egg substitutes? We live in Colorado and have an egg allergic kiddo. These look amazing!
