If you need a cool refreshing drink without all the calories look no further than this skinny coconut pineapple whip!
I have always loved tropical flavors, so it's no wonder that the coconut pineapple is one of my favorites! I am big into frozen treats and I seem to hit an afternoon slump around 3:00 p.m. each day when I need a little something to keep me going! I've been loving our copycat raspberry dreams or our easy low-cal strawberry slush recipe!
Or of course, today's feature... the skinny coconut pineapple whip!

Coconut Pineapple Whip
I'm telling you-- this recipe is dreamy! Plus it takes all of 30 seconds to throw together which is kinda mandatory for a middle of the day recipe!

Coconut Pineapple Whip Ingredients:
- Ice
- Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- Pineapple Coconut Flavored Water
- Coconut Coffee Creamer
Basically all you do is stick all your ingredients in your blender (we are obsessed with our Blendtec!) and pulse a few times. Easy, peasy.
Pro Tips:
- If you can't find frozen pineapple at your local stores (it seems to be in stock seasonally for me) you can freeze canned pineapple! It is actually cheaper that way and tastes just as good!
- This recipe is easily adaptable. Just substitute one cup of whatever coordinating fruit is your favorite and same with the coffee creamer and flavored water. So many fun possibilities.
- Best if served directly after preparation.
If you make this recipe we would love if you would comment and leave a positive review! They mean so much to us.
