Last year we started a tradition in our house of giving each other a new pair of slippers for Christmas. Well, we love our slippers so much that it's definitely sticking, and this year I'm extending this traditions reach to other people we love. It is the perfect gift for shoe lovers, but really I want to give everyone slippers! I came up with a fun way to do it too...

Put treats and gifts into a pair of slippers and tie it all up with a bow.

I found these cute slippers and my first thought was that I wanted to buy them for myself, but it's Christmas! So I bought them for a family member and stuffed a few small gifts and treats into them, channeling St. Nicholas, and wrapped it all up with a bow.

Gift for Shoe Lovers
For warmer months you can use some flats instead of slippers. It goes without saying that this is the perfect gift for shoe lovers! An adorable pair of shoes AND it's filled with fun treats and prizes? Sign me up! We love to gift slippers during the cozy winter months, but I have found myself wanting to do this all year round! I just made a version for a friend who was a surrogate and I love how it turned out.
What to Put Inside Slippers
Since this gift is for a woman whose interests are similar to mine, I filled these with:
- lip balm
- nail polish (this quick dry kind is my fave)
- your favorite lipstick (this is ours, it's amazing!)
- chocolate
- a relaxing face mask
- bath bombs
- hair elastics (these nylon ones are the best)
- small lotion or perfume
- jewelry (I love these small bar stud earrings)
- a gift card, you can print the gift card sleeve I used for free.

The beauty of this gift is that it is so flexible! You can fill them with as much or as little as your budget allows! Even stuffing some chocolate in and that's it still makes for an adorable gift in my opinion.

- 1 Pair Slippers or slip-on shoes
- Ribbon
- 1 Small Gift Card
- Chocolate
- Nail Polish
- Lip Gloss
- Face Masks
- Bath Bombs
Instructions
- Find out the shoe size of the intended gift recipient and buy some slippers or slide flats.
- Gather various small gifts or treats like gum, gift cards, lip stick, nail polish, scrunchies, bath bombs, chocolate etc. and stuff gifts into the slippers.
- Tie ribbon around slippers.

If you need cheap slippers, check Walmart. They have 20$ slippers that look like designer slippers.

Hi! I need a quick response!!!!! HELP! During covid 19 lock down i cant find inexpensive slippers online anywhere! Is there something I could use in place of slippers is what i guess I'm trying to ask. I need to know if there is something instead of slippers i could use because mothers day is 7 days away!!!!
I think you could! You could really put little gifts into anything. We have recently done it with a pair of slides (regular shoes not slippers.) You could also try a fanny pack, a mini backpack, a steel tumbler, moccasins, a mini tote bag... just a few ideas.
Great idea for those family/friends you never know what to buy at the holidays! I'm taking a different twist and giving these to a Mom-to-be. New slippers for the hospital, some lip balm, hand lotion, hand sanitizer, chocolate and other munchies, AND and Starbucks giftcard for later!

I looked up these slippers on Payless' website and they're $24.99 each. That's a little high for me so I shopped around and found them at Bed Bath and Beyond for $9.99 each AND you can use a 20% coupon on each of them!! I'm going to fill mine up with some of the same items but I appreciate the idea! I can't wait to give them to my bridesmaids!

I have the slipper, the EOS and a printable I put it in. 4 nail polishes from Sallys. Need candy. However, what are the other things? I assume a gift card, but in the other side?
