Last time I shared freezer meals with you guys I got such overwhelming positive feedback. You all totally motivate me to be better. I have a goal this year to have a freezer cooking session at least once a month where I make at least 10 meals. Each month I will share the recipes I made as well as a free printable grocery list! Today, along with January’s recipes and grocery list, I thought I would share the method I use when doing my freezer sessions with a little photo tutorial for all you first timers. I have found this way of doing things to be super fast and effective, so I hope you find it to be that way too! By the way, my friend Pam from Over the Big Moon and I like to plan (and sometimes assemble) our freezer meals together, so she is also posting a freezer cooking post today with some of the same meals if you want to check it out!
So easy right?? Now it’s time for the recipes!

If you are planning on making all of the same meals I did you can use this free printable shopping list to get everything you need! I made two of each recipe, to make ten meals total, so that is what the list reflects!
Even though it takes a bit of work up front, it has been so liberating to have these meals in the freezer for busy or stressful days! I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do!
