This seven layer hummus dip is SO delicious, and it's healthy!

Oh, how I love mediterranean food. Hummus with fresh pita is one of my favorite snacks EVER. I’m always looking for healthy snack ideas and trying to get my veggies in. Recently I had the idea to take hummus and make a seven layer dip with it. Turns out, it is so good! This dip is one of the best snacks to take a game day party, is perfect for book club, and it’s an amazing every day healthy snack!

How to make Greek seven layer dip

Greek Seven Layer Dip

The recipe is really simple – it’s just 7 ingredients and it comes together in just a few minutes. Playing off of my favorite classic seven layer dip recipe, I layered Hummus, chopped tomato, cucumber, parsley, pickled pepperoncinis, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

What to dip in Hummus?

I used pita chips and blue corn tortilla chips to dip with and they are both amazing companions for hummus and this seven layer hummus dip.

You could also dip pita bread, pretzels, crackers, or raw veggies like carrots, cucumber slices, celery, broccoli or cauliflower in hummus. I tried this dip with carrots as well and it was really good.

Healthy greek seven layer dip!
