Friends…it’s Katie from Made to be a Momma again! I am more than ready for spring and summer weather! I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania and blizzard “Stella” dumped 27 inches of snow on us just a few weeks ago. Nothing reminds me more of sunshine filled days than a delicious lemon flavor filled cookie. These lemon sugar cookies aren’t overly sweet so it’s easy to eat a couple at one time. The dough has lemon in it but I also rolled the cookies in a delicious lemon zest sugar mixture that gives these cookies an extra punch of lemon right as you bite into them.
These lemon sugar cookies are delicious and great for Easter parties, Mothers Day and just because you want something sweet :)
