Ingredients
- 2 cups minute rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- the juice of 2 limes
- a handful of cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Add rice, onions and chicken broth into a microwaveable bowl and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add garlic salt, lime juice and cilantro and mix with a fork until fluffed and combined. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
