You can make deviled eggs up to one day in advance! Just make sure to store them in an airtight container in the fridge.

How do you hard boil eggs?

Here is a great post on how to easily hard boil the perfect eggs!

Can you pipe the filling into your hard boiled eggs?

I typically pipe my filling into my egg whites when making hard boiled eggs, but for this recipe it's better to just use a spoon and scoop them in so that the bacon bits don't get stuck in the piping tip!

If you like deviled eggs you will LOVE these bacon and cheese deviled eggs! They disappear in a blink everywhere I bring them! I like to use the green onions to garnish when I bring them to a party, because I think the little touch of green is so pretty! Totally optional though.

I've also been buying the pre-packaged hard boiled eggs at Costco and they have been a lifesaver, not only for recipes like this but for school lunches and healthy snacks as well! I know hard boiling is easy to do- but they are so cheap and we eat them so much more when we have them right on hand like that!
