Whip up some of these no-bake Cornflake Reindeer Cookies today with your friends or family! Made with cornflakes, marshmallow, chocolate and pretzels – they are so delicious. The perfect easy Christmas treat.

Five No Bake Reindeer Cookies with pretzels for antlers, cherry sours for noses and candy eyeballs.

I love no-bake treats. I especially love no-bake treats that involve melting chocolate and marshmallow together. These Cornflake Reindeer Cookies are the perfect marriage of sweet and salty, especially when you add the pretzels for antlers on the top!

The idea for these treats came from these Cornflake Wreaths which are wildly popular. Every time I make them for a party or neighbors, everyone goes crazy for them. The cornflake treats are unexpected but so good, I dare say they’re BETTER than rice krispie treats!

If you love chocolate + marshmallows + cereal you might also want to try out our Golden Grahams S’mores Treats, or go ahead and browse all of our Dessert recipes here.

Directions:

  • Measure cornflakes into a large bowl.
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir. (Photo 1)
  • Add chocolate chips. Stir continuously until completely melted. (Photo 2)
  • Pour melted marshmallows into the large bowl with the corn flakes. Stir with a greased spatula or spoon until well coated. (Photo 2)
  • Lay out a piece of wax paper on your kitchen counter. Place spoonfuls of the cornflake mixture onto the parchment paper.
  • Grease your (clean) hands with butter or cooking spray. Use your hands to shape each dollop into a reindeer head shape.
  • As soon as you shape one, add two pretzels for antlers, candy eyeballs and a cherry sour for a Rudolph nose. (Photo 4)

Pro Tips:

It helps to have more than one person making these so you can add the pretzels, eyeballs and cherry sours as quickly as you can while the marshmallow is still sticky!
