This recipe is adapted from my talented sister in law Lauren from Tastes Better From Scratch. The first time I tried it I knew I wouldn’t be buying ranch again anytime soon.

One of the great things about this recipe, is that it can be used as either a dressing or a dip. The only adjustment you need to make is the amount of buttermilk you use. Whichever way you serve it, it’s super easy and delicious.

One of the best parts about this recipe is how quick it’s thrown together. It literally uses one bowl and five minutes.
Top Photo – Gather your ingredients. Honestly this is the most time consuming step.
Bottom Left – Add all your ingredients into a small bowl.
Bottom Right – Whisk to combine.

Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

The Best Homemade Ranch Dressing
- 1 Cup Mayonaise
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
- 3/4 Teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1-2 Teaspoons Lightly Dried Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Lightly Dried Chives
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
- 3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
- 1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Buttermilk I use 1/4 if I'm making to dip and 1/2 if I'm making for dressing.
- Add all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
