Hey friends! Y'all know how much I love my Slow Cooker, especially during these hot summer months! I actually bought this 1.5 quart Crock Pot awhile ago so I can have one handling the main dish, and one handling the side! I use it to make Slow Cooker Ranch Potatoes all the time, as well as my fave Loaded Mashed Potatoes!

I know with a lot of Crock Pot recipes you can do 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high, do you think the method on high would work for this or do the potatoes need to go "low and slow"? I'm looking to make this for a brunch I'm having and would love to not have to wake up at 4am to put it in the crock pot. :)
Thanks so much for a great recipe!
Jessica
Yes, that should work totally fine!! Good luck Emily!

Is the foil used just for easy clean up? Or is it necessary for the potatoes to cook properly? :) Looks delicious!

Just so that the potatoes don't get stuck to the sides and then burn or get too crispy! If you don't use it just spray the sides well and maybe rotate them a few times while cooking!
