Free 'I miss your face' printable gift tags or "miss you" cards are a sweet way to let someone know you are thinking of them!

In late 2020, I felt isolated and missed seeing friends in person. We had done a few outdoor social-distanced book clubs, but that was it, for most of the year I didn't see friends or family in person. It was HARD.
'Miss You Cards'
One day, I decided that instead of just sending a text, I would drive around and drop off a gift and a card to some of my friends to let them know I was missing them. I taped this 'I Miss Your Face' tag to a face mask and added a bow. It was simple and inexpensive, and the reaction was awesome. I heard back from these friends that they had been feeling lonely too, and that this little gesture meant a lot.
Over two years since then, the social distancing rules have lifted and life is more or less back to normal. But I realized something. I still don't see my friends or family as frequently as I want to! We're all busy. Between work and kids' schedules, sometimes months go by without seeing friends who might live just a few blocks away.
I decided to share these free printable gift tags AKA 'miss you' cards so that anyone can use these to show that they miss someone and that they care. You can tape them onto a face mask, or on to really any small gift that you want.
Alternatively, you can just print this and make it into a normal greeting card to mail off to someone who is far away. Whatever you choose, it will be a meaningful gesture!

How to Print 'I Miss Your Face' Gift Tags

Items needed:
- Printer - I have this laser printer (totally worth it if you print a lot. I never have to replace the ink!)
- Paper cutter or scissors - We use a paper cutter like this one to cut gift tags. Even my little kids can use it!
- Paper - I like to use a bright white, 32 lb printer paper for things like this. It's sturdy and color prints beautifully.
- Face Mask (optional) - I grabbed these Yes To face masks at the store but any will work!
- Tape

Materials
- Paper
- Ribbon
- Face mask or other gift
Instructions
- Fill out the subscription form, then check your email. Confirm your subscription and the file will open for you to save and print.
- Choose the color setting on your printer and print tags on white paper.
- Cut tags with a paper cutter or scissors.
- Tape a tag onto a face mask or other small gift and add ribbon if desired.
